I. Warranty Scope and Conditions

1. ‌ Anti-counterfeiting verification ‌
   You must purchase and verify the laser anti-counterfeit label through official channels; products bought through unofficial channels are not eligible for warranty.
2. ‌ Abnormal Wear Detection ‌
   Rapid wear caused by material defects may be eligible for quality inspection claims, but wear resulting from aggressive driving or the mixing of brake pads made of different materials is not covered under the warranty.

II. Replace the standard

1. ‌ Thickness threshold ‌
   • The new film is approximately 15mm thick; when it wears down to 3-5mm (less than one-third of its original thickness), it must be replaced immediately.
   • Due to the energy recovery function, electric vehicles are recommended for inspection every 30,000 kilometers; however, their actual lifespan may be longer.
2. ‌ Abnormal signal ‌
   • A metallic friction noise appears (high-frequency screech or low-frequency rumble).
   • The brake pedal travel has noticeably increased, or braking power has decreased.
   • Dashboard brake warning indicator (available on select models)

III. Supporting Maintenance and Service Requirements

1. ‌ Mandatory replacement item ‌
   • Brake discs that are severely worn must be replaced in pairs; the use of new brake pads alone is strictly prohibited.
   • New-energy vehicles require dedicated brake kits (such as the Beyond series, which include corrosion-resistant coated brake discs).
2. ‌ Regular maintenance ‌
   • Inspect the condition of brake discs/pads every 15,000 kilometers.
   • Brake fluid needs to be replaced periodically; the recommended replacement interval is specified in the vehicle manual.

IV. Special Precautions

• ‌ Material compatibility ‌
  The NAO ceramic formulation cannot be directly substituted for semi-metallic brake pads; the entire braking system must be upgraded.
• ‌ Installation Specifications ‌
  Operation by non-professional technicians may void the warranty. For caliper maintenance, it is essential to use specialized lubricant.
